What a weekend! It was an honour for me to teach a Brazilian Jiu-Jistu seminar at my lifelong friend, student and BJJ Black Belt Dallas O'Regan's school in Cochrane, Alberta. His school is filled with amazing people with great Jiu-Jitsu. Dallas has built the special type of community that has and will change so many lives for the better.

On the mats the training is tough, technical and very challenging while the atmosphere is simultaneously perfect for men, women, children of all ages and ability levels.

I'm very proud to be your coach and very impressed with the great work you're doing in Alberta. Keep it up brotha!
