All striking classes are action packed from start to finish and will provide you with a awesome cardio workout! Work your way into top shape as you punch pads, smash heavy bags, shadow fight, jump rope and cycle through the many other fun and challenging exercises our instructors have in store for you.
We have a several different striking classes that you can attend:
Perfect for students of all fitness levels, our Kickboxing classes are an exciting blend of Boxing, Muay Thai and other striking disciplines that are highly effective in competition and self-defense. Instructors will assist you to learn and improve quickly in a safe, energized and motivating atmosphere. We have many new people regularly beginning their training so you’ll feel right at home even if you have zero experience in martial arts.
After mastering the skills in our fundamental and all levels classes, you will be challenged by more advanced combinations, drills, strategies and techniques in our advanced classes.
Light/Controlled Sparring also becomes available (not mandatory) for those with a good grasp of the fundamentals. Special class times are designated for sparring only. It’s a great way to put what you’ve learned to the test while getting an amazing workout.
A chance to hone in on the many important technical details that make up a solid punching skill set, our boxing classes are a fun way to get into top shape. You’ll learn how to punch hard with very little effort; how to defend yourself by developing skills like footwork, slipping, rolling , working at angles and many other skills.
The magic is in the details. You’ll be amazed at how much there is to learn and how fun boxing train can be. Be ready for an awesome workout from start to finish!
