3 Time World Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Champion at Joslin’s Mixed Martial Arts – Hamilton

Big thanks to 3-time World Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu champion Mikey Musumeci for sharing his knowledge with us this weekend at Joslins. All members of our BJJ had a great time.

We spent time working on the intricate details of one of Mikey’s favourite footlocks. The same one he used to score the fastest submission in BJJ Black Belt finals World Championship History. From there we progressed to dealing with the common defenses an opponent will try to use as defense.

Finishing up the seminar with an awesome BJJ Q&A period, Mikey answered everyone’s questions with precise detail and great explanations.
